This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments may be refunded and ensures that all processing fees are handled ethically and responsibly.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
As an open-access journal, JCCEC may collect an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover essential publication costs, including manuscript processing, peer review coordination, copyediting, online hosting, DOI assignment, and long-term digital archiving.
Once the APC is paid after manuscript acceptance, the payment is considered final.

If the author unintentionally makes more than one payment. -

If the payment was processed incorrectly due to system or gateway malfunction. -
Withdrawal Before Peer Review:
If the author requests manuscript withdrawal before the peer review process begins and no editorial work has started. -
Editorial or Administrative Error:

All refund requests will be reviewed carefully by the editorial and finance teams.
