Abstract

The Water-Energy Nexus is a critical aspect of the global challenge of climate change mitigation, especially in countries like Pakistan, where water and energy resources are interlinked and under immense pressure due to population growth and climate change. This article explores the relationship between water and energy resources and their implications for sustainable climate action in Pakistan. Through the analysis of case studies on integrated resource management, the article presents solutions for optimizing the efficient use of water and energy resources in mitigating the impacts of climate change. It provides a framework for policymakers and stakeholders to adopt a collaborative approach that can improve resource sustainability while addressing climate goals.
